Return & Exchange Policy
ThunderFlash LLC does not provide refunds or accept product returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. For any product(s) damaged during shipment or missing upon arrival, simply take a picture of the package / product(s) and email it to ThunderFlashHotSauce@gmail.com with the order details within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will provide a replacement free of charge. Shipping time for replacement product(s) may vary and can take as long as 30 days to process and ship.
